Qualification
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise site construction activities.
- Handle RCC Road & Infrastructure Development works.
- Manage drainage, water line, sewer line, and other external development works.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour, and project teams.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely project execution.
- Verify measurements and contractor billing.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Read and execute work as per approved drawings.
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of civil construction.
- RCC Road & Infrastructure execution experience.
- Site execution and supervision.
- Quantity checking and measurement.
- AutoCAD drawing reading.
- MS Excel & basic computer knowledge.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving ability.
