Shift - Swing shift (7:30 am to 7:30 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and alternating Fridays)
Essential Functions Performed by the Position
- Detects, analyzes, and removes infringing online content using multiple technologies.
- Collects, consolidates, and organizes data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manages and performs analysis for dedicated client projects or operations processes and ensures project or process day to day activities are running in accordance with contracts and agreed service and operational level agreements.
- Formulates and communicates data-driven recommendations focused on client needs.
- Collaborates with global team members to address requests, prioritize projects, and solve business problems.
- Generates standard and custom reports, perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and anomalies, and escalate incidents as required.
- Addresses urgent client or incident requirements as a key escalation point, driving further problem-solving when necessary.
Anti-Fraud
- Understands client fraud abuse specifics to detect and mitigate online infringements.
- Analyzes data for trends, ensure data integrity, optimize workflows for efficiency, and collaborate on product development for strategic accounts.
Position Qualifications
Education:
- A minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. A bachelor’s degree preferred.
