Interior Design Architect
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Design Architect to design functional, aesthetically pleasing, and technically sound interior spaces. The candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing drawings and specifications, coordinating with clients and consultants, and overseeing project execution from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements, project goals, and budget constraints.
- Prepare space planning layouts, mood boards, presentations, and design proposals.
- Create detailed architectural and interior design drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and lighting solutions.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits and supervise project execution to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in interior design and architectural projects (adjust based on role level).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, or similar design software.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Strong understanding of space planning, ergonomics, and design principles.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
