Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate Architect / Junior Architect to join our team. The role involves design development, working drawings, and coordination with site and clients to ensure smooth execution of residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs, floor plans, and 3D concepts
Prepare detailed working drawings for execution
Coordinate with structural engineers and site team
Interact with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions
Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and compliant with regulations
Support in plan approvals and documentation
Visit sites when required to ensure design execution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
0–4 years of experience (freshers can apply)
Proficiency in:
AutoCAD
SketchUp/3D tools
3dsMax/Lumion rendering tools (preferred)
Good understanding of residential design
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
