As a Graphic Designer at Andreal, you will be responsible for designing and producing various visual assets for both print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of design principles, excellent creativity, and proficiency in Adobe InDesign to create visually appealing layouts, brochures, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute designs that communicate our brand message effectively.
- Create engaging layouts, graphics, and illustrations using Adobe InDesign for print and digital media.
- Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Develop visual assets for social media channels, email campaigns, and website content.
- Ensure consistency in branding and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance design quality and creativity.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure the successful production of printed materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with print production processes and knowledge of prepress requirements.
- Ability to take creative direction, incorporate feedback, and adapt to changing priorities.
