Responsible for managing overall production activities in Press Shop, Manual Welding, Sheet Metal Fabrication and Powder Coating, ensuring production targets, quality, productivity, cost control, delivery and safety requirements are achieved.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve production targets as per customer requirements and delivery schedules.
- Manage press shop operations including mechanical and hydraulic presses.
- Ensure proper die setting, machine setup and process parameters.
- Monitor production efficiency, rejection, rework and material wastage.
- Manage MIG/MAG/ARC and other manual welding processes.
- Ensure proper welding parameters, fixtures and work instructions are followed.
- Manage cutting, bending, punching, drilling, forming and fabrication processes.
- Ensure production as per drawing, specifications and process standards.
- Manage complete powder coating operations including pre-treatment, powder application and curing.
- Monitor coating thickness, finish, adhesion and curing quality.
- Implement Poka-Yoke, 7 QC Tools, Kaizen and continuous improvement.
- Strong hands-on experience in Press Shop, Manual Welding, Sheet Metal Fabrication and Powder Coating Plant.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
