We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years of experience to handle contractor bill checking, quantity verification, and project cost monitoring for our architectural projects.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to independently verify contractor bills on behalf of the client/consultancy, ensuring that the quantities claimed, rates applied, and work executed are in accordance with the approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and agreed contract terms.
The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, estimation, costing, tender preparation, contractor billing, cost control, and maintaining accurate financial records for construction projects.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
