Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to assist customers, promote products or services, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or via email/chat
* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
* Present, promote, and sell products using persuasive communication skills
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, pricing, and promotions
* Process orders, handle transactions, and manage customer accounts accurately
* Meet or exceed individual targets
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Qualifications & Skills
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Results-driven with a positive and proactive attitude
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
* Experience in call center, or inside sales environments
* Negotiation and problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
