Job Description – Technical IT Recruiter

Job Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and technical positions.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience.
- Use recruitment portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial HR/technical screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical skills such as Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, SQL, Cloud, Testing, DevOps, etc.
- Experience using job portals and professional networking platforms.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
- Knowledge of the complete recruitment life cycle.
