The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office administration, support internal departments, coordinate with installation teams, vendors, and customers, and maintain accurate records for seamless project execution.
Responsibilities
- Ensure installation materials are dispatched on time in coordination with the warehouse and logistics teams.
- Communicate installation dates, site readiness, and project updates with customers.
- Track installation progress and resolve scheduling issues or delays.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, logistics, and service departments for smooth project execution.
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries
- Addressing and resolving issues related to damaged goods, shipping delays, or quality concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinating furniture installation schedules or repair requests by liaising with internal delivery and maintenance teams.
- Collect installation completion reports and customer sign-offs.
- Maintain installation records, service reports, and customer documentation.
