What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven business development executive with hands-on experience in managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure and client relationship management.
If you have experience in domestic or international sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets, we’d love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking
Manage end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding and delivery
Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Update and track sales activities using CRM tools
Required Skills
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven experience in end-to-end B2B/B2C sales
Exposure to domestic or international markets
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
