The Manager – IDP Platform Management is responsible for platform management and configuration of the Paradatec Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform. This role focuses on configuration governance, platform reliability, and controlled evolution of IDP capabilities to support Correspondent Lending, Servicing, Originations, and MSR initiatives. The role reports to the Senior Manager – IDP Platform and complements the IDP Support team.
12+ years of overall technology experience, with 6–8+ years in Intelligent Document Processing, document management, content services, or workflow automation platforms.
Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technology discipline.
Deep expertise in IDP technologies, including OCR, document classification, data extraction, validation workflows, and automation frameworks.
Proven experience managing enterprise ‑ scale, business ‑ critical platforms operating in high ‑ volume production environments.
Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, and downstream consumption across platforms such as core lending, servicing, and analytics systems.
Hands ‑ on experience with production support, platform upgrades, patch management, release governance, and operational readiness.
Excellent communication, Strong problem ‑ solving and analytical skills, with a track record of driving root ‑ cause analysis and implementing sustainable, long ‑ term solutions.
