Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Run and monitor equipment like Rapid Mixer Granulators (RMG), Fluid Bed Dryers (FBD), and blenders.
- Material Handling: Precisely weigh and mix raw ingredients based on exact batch recipes.
- Quality Control: Check moisture levels, granule size, and hardness during the manufacturing process.
- Documentation: Fill out Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) to track every step of production
- Education: A diploma, ITI certificate, or a degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Science.
- Compliance: Strict knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), which are strict FDA or regional rules to ensure drugs are safe to take.
- Safety: Must follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to prevent product contamination and worker hazards.
Pay: ₹9,187.14 - ₹30,000.00 per month
