We are looking for a Senior Technical Content Strategist to own the end-to-end content function for our marketing team. This role requires someone who can understand complex technologies and transform them into compelling, easy-to-understand content for the brand, customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
You will work closely with Product, Delivery, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to develop content that drives brand awareness, demand generation, sales enablement, customer education, and thought leadership. Beyond writing, you will be responsible for developing the company’s content strategy, maintaining the content calendar, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
This role is ideal for someone who combines technical aptitude, exceptional storytelling, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of B2B SaaS and Enterprise IT.

- Own and execute the company’s content strategy aligned with business objectives, marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales priorities.
- Develop and manage the annual, quarterly, and monthly content calendar.
- Identify content opportunities across the buyer journey, from awareness and consideration to decision-making and customer retention.
- Work closely with marketing and business stakeholders to prioritize content initiatives based on business goals.
- Develop thought leadership content for company executives and leadership teams.
- Manage executive LinkedIn content, including posts, articles, and profile updates.
- Write executive blogs, opinion pieces, keynote content, webinar narratives, and speaking notes.
- Create content that strengthens leadership positioning within the Enterprise IT and SaaS ecosystem.
- Ensure leadership messaging aligns with the company’s products, services, and strategic direction
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Consultants, Engineers, Delivery teams, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
- Interview subject matter experts to extract technical knowledge and convert it into customer-focused content.
- Develop messaging for new products, service offerings, customer success stories, partnerships, and technology updates.
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple, engaging, and business-focused communication.
- Conduct in-depth market, customer, industry, and competitor research.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and market trends across – Cloud, AI, DevOps, ITSM, Agile, PPM, Project Management, and Digital Transformation.
- Produce original thought leadership backed by research and industry insights.
- Analyze competitor messaging and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Create SEO-optimized content aligned with keyword strategy and search intent.
- Develop content optimized for AI-powered search experiences, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Structure content for AI search engines, featured snippets, semantic search, and conversational queries.
- Continuously optimize existing content to improve search visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to create content that accelerates the sales cycle, including:

- Maintain consistency in messaging, tone of voice, and brand positioning across all content.
- Review, edit, and proofread content produced across teams.
- Ensure content follows brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- 5–8 years of experience in content marketing or technical content writing for a B2B SaaS, Enterprise Software, or IT Services organization.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technologies and software solutions.
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and business audiences.
- Experience interviewing subject matter experts and converting technical discussions into engaging content.
- Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience creating content for marketing, sales, customer success, and executive leadership.
- Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO, AI-driven search, and modern content optimization practices.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with strong proofreading and editing capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
