About the Role:
Alshifa Cupping Clinic is looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Telecaller to join our outbound sales team. The core objective of this role is to connect with prospective clients, educate them about our health and wellness services, and successfully fix confirmed appointments for the clinic. If you are an aggressive closer with a strong background in outbound sales and appointment setting, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads on a daily basis.
- Pitching & Convincing: Explain the benefits of cupping therapy and the various treatments offered by Alshifa Clinic in a clear and convincing manner.
- Appointment Setting: Persuade potential clients and successfully fix confirmed appointments for clinic visits.
- Objection Handling: Confidently address customer queries, doubts, and objections to convert calls into appointments.
- Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-up calls with scheduled clients to ensure they visit the clinic, minimizing appointment no-shows.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and appointments booked.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, customer responses, and scheduled appointments in the CRM or Excel tracking sheets.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of mandatory experience working as a Telecaller in an Outbound Call Center / BPO.
- Sales Background: Strong preference will be given to candidates with previous hardcore sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication and convincing skills in Tamil and English.
- Attitude: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to handle call rejections with a positive, resilient attitude.
- Dependability: A senior-level professional who requires minimal supervision and can consistently deliver results.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Maximum Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month.
- (Note: Salary will be finalized based strictly on the candidate’s previous/last drawn salary, interview performance, and relevant sales experience).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
