About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced professional with expertise in Capital Markets and Investments to support investment decision-making, portfolio analysis, financial planning, and market research. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of equity markets, fixed-income instruments, mutual funds, alternative investments, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate investment opportunities across equity, debt, mutual funds, and other financial instruments.
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment of investment opportunities.
- Monitor capital market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare investment reports, portfolio performance reviews, and management presentations.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts and investment strategies.
- Support treasury and fund management activities.
- Conduct company and industry research for investment decisions.
- Assess portfolio performance and recommend rebalancing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal policies.
- Coordinate with brokers, investment advisors, fund managers, and financial institutions.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Capital Markets, Equity Research, and Investment Analysis.
- Experience in Financial Modeling and Business Valuation.
- Understanding of Portfolio Management and Risk Management.
- Proficiency in Financial Statement Analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
Qualification & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets, Investments, Equity Research, Portfolio Management, Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Financial Advisory.
- Experience in managing investment portfolios and conducting investment research will be preferred.

Compensation
Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.
