Core Responsibilities
Drafting: Produce accurate 2D and 3D models and technical illustrations from rough sketches, notes, or calculations.
Collaboration: Meet with engineers, architects, and clients to discuss guidelines, review design concepts, and incorporate feedback.
Revisions: Update and modify existing drawings based on plan changes, redlines, or structural adjustments.
Compliance: Ensure all blueprints and project plans match local safety rules, building codes, and material requirements.
Documentation: Organize digital file systems, track material lists, and maintain clear version control.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Software: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D/3D modeling and layer management.
