Job Summary
We are looking for a Banking & Payment Gateway Specialist who can manage and optimize our banking relationships, payment gateway integrations, merchant accounts, and digital payment operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of banking products, payment processing, UPI, cards, net banking, international payments, settlements, and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with banks and payment gateway providers.
- Handle merchant account onboarding and documentation.
- Coordinate payment gateway integration with technical teams.
- Monitor payment transactions, settlements, chargebacks, and refunds.
- Ensure smooth functioning of UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, and wallet payments.
- Conduct daily payment reconciliation and reporting.
- Resolve transaction failures and payment-related customer issues.
- Negotiate pricing, MDR, and settlement terms with banking partners.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and payment industry regulations.
- Prepare MIS reports related to collections, settlements, and payment performance.
- Support finance and accounts teams in payment-related activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and digital payment systems.
- Hands-on experience with payment gateways such as Razorpay, PayU, CCAvenue, Cashfree, etc.
- Understanding of UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, payment links, and international payment processing.
- Experience in transaction reconciliation and settlement management.
- Knowledge of merchant onboarding processes and KYC requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Finance or Banking preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Travel, Tourism, FinTech, E-commerce, or Payment Processing industries.
- Prior experience working with banks, payment aggregators, or fintech companies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
