Job Title: Sales Manager
Experience: 10-12 years
Location: Mumbai / Pune / Delhi / Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end sales for IT Services offerings across the India region
Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders
Understand client requirements and propose suitable technology and staffing solutions
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Coordinate with delivery, recruitment, and pre-sales teams for solution alignment
Prepare proposals, presentations, commercial negotiations, and contracts
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
Participate in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums
Ensure high customer satisfaction and account retention
Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts
Leverage digital, AI-enabled, and agentic sales approaches for pipeline generation and customer engagement
Key Responsibilities:
Strong understanding of IT Services and Staffing business
Proven past experience in ServiceNow Sales and SAP sales
Exce0llent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong client relationship management abilities
Experience in B2B enterprise sales
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Strong market intelligence and business acumen
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
