We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with 1–2 years of experience in Government Sales to drive business growth by managing government accounts, identifying opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue government sales opportunities across state and central departments.
Build and maintain relationships with government officials and decision-makers.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to order closure.
Prepare bids, tenders, proposals, and required documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular market intelligence.
Requirements
1–2 years of must experience in Government (B2G) Sales.
Master's degree preferred (MBA/MCA).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with government procurement and tendering processes.
Preferred Location
Based in or willing to relocate to Nagpur, Maharashtra.
