### **Job Summary**
We are seeking a talented and creative **Manual Jewellery Designer** with 2+ years of hands-on experience in hand sketching and concept generation to join our design team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will turn creative ideas, market trends, and client briefs into detailed, technically sound hand drawings for gold, diamond, gemstone, and semi-precious jewellery collections.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Concept Development & Hand Sketching:**
* Create original, hand-drawn designs and detailed manual sketches for necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets, and pendants.
* Render precise 2D/3D perspective sketches showing volume, depth, stone settings, and accurate measurements for production.
* **Market Research & Trend Alignment:**
* Research national and international jewellery trends, gemstone developments, and consumer preferences.
* Develop theme-based seasonal collections and bespoke designs according to client specification briefs.
* **Production & CAD Coordination:**
* Work closely with product development teams, master artisans, and CAD designers to ensure smooth conversion of manual sketches into technical prototypes.
* Inspect first sample prototypes for design accuracy, stone proportions, weight aesthetics, and technical feasibility.
* **Material & Gemstone Integration:**
* Incorporate precious/semi-precious stones, Kundan, Polki, enamel (Meenakari), or modern metal finishes into designs aligned with target price points.
### **Key Requirements & Qualifications**
* **Education:** Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Jewellery Design (NIFT, IIG, IJD, or equivalent accredited institute preferred).
* **Experience:** Minimum **2+ years** of professional experience as a Manual/Hand-Sketch Designer in a jewellery manufacturing or export company.
