- Develop and implement quality control processes and standards for automotive components and systems
- Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements
- Analyze defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Work closely with production, design, and supplier teams to resolve quality issues
- Monitor key quality metrics (PPM, scrap rate, rework levels) and prepare reports
- Ensure adherence to industry standards such as ISO/TS 16949 (IATF 16949)
- Support new product development through APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and control plans
- Conduct supplier quality evaluations and audits
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Pay: ₹10,658.15 - ₹25,000.55 per month
