Job Description
Operations & Maintenance
- Supervise day-to-day building operations (cleaning, security, MEP services).
- Ensure all assets (lifts, DG sets, HVAC, etc.) are maintained as per OEM standards.
- Schedule and oversee preventive and reactive maintenance with vendors.
Distillation Unit and Plantation Maintenance
Property maintenance and vendor management
Reporting
- Submit weekly/monthly dashboards covering leasing, occupancy, rent collection, and maintenance updates.
- Report on risks, emergencies, and capital repair recommendations.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, municipal, KIADB, pollution control, and building regulations.
- Maintain property licenses, insurance, and statutory documents.
Leasing & Occupancy Management
- Source and engage new tenants through brokers, digital platforms, and direct leads.
- Conduct property showings and negotiate lease agreements.
- Finalize lease documentation with legal and compliance teams.
- Track lease expiries and renewals to maintain high occupancy rates.
- Prepare and update leasing reports including occupancy, rent roll, and vacancy pipeline
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
