Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound calls to patients and leads
- Explain herbal treatments, therapies, and services
- Schedule appointments and follow up with patients
- Maintain patient records and call data
- Provide excellent customer support and guidance
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Tamil/English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Polite and patient-friendly attitude
- Interest in herbal/Ayurvedic healthcare is a plus
