About the Role
TNPC Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. We welcome freshers as well as experienced candidates who have a strong interest in architectural design, planning, and 3D visualization.
The ideal candidate should be able to understand design requirements, develop architectural concepts, prepare drawings, and confidently work on 3D modelling and visualization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and layouts based on project requirements.
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Create and modify 3D models and architectural visualizations.
- Coordinate architectural designs with project requirements and site conditions.
- Assist in material selection, design development, and presentation work.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams when required.
- Make design modifications based on feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure drawings and designs are accurate and completed within deadlines.
- Participate in site visits and assist with resolving design-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, models, and project revisions.
Required Skills
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
- Good understanding of architectural design principles and space planning.
- Strong 3D modelling skills are required.
- Working knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to prepare professional 2D drawings and 3D presentations.
- Good design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand drawings and translate concepts into 3D models.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
