Site Supervisor – Raipur | 2 Positions
Aditya Ventures Global Projects Private Limited, operating under the brand “The Turnkey Company,” is hiring two Site Supervisors for its interior turnkey projects in Raipur.
The candidate will supervise daily site work, coordinate contractors and labour, check quality and measurements, manage materials, and ensure that work is completed according to approved drawings and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Supervise civil finishing, carpentry, modular furniture, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting and tile work.
- Understand interior and furniture drawings.
- Plan daily site activities and assign work to contractors.
- Check site measurements before execution.
- Maintain quality and prevent rework.
- Submit Daily Progress Reports with photographs.
- Maintain labour, material receipt, consumption and wastage records.
- Report delays, shortages and approval requirements immediately.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors and the Project Manager.
- Prepare snag lists and support final project handover.
- Maintain site cleanliness and basic safety discipline.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant site-supervision experience.
- Diploma/degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or relevant practical experience.
- Knowledge of complete interior execution.
- Good communication and contractor-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and digital reporting.
- Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
- Honest, punctual, responsible and willing to work at project sites.
