Key Responsibilities
* Plan and design facility and utility systems based on project requirements.
* Prepare layouts and technical drawings using *AutoCAD* and, where applicable, *Revit MEP*.
* Work on systems such as *HVAC, water supply, drainage, fire fighting, compressed air, piping, and other building/industrial utilities*.
* Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, Electrical, and other engineering teams.
* Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and equipment requirements.
* Support utility planning for industrial and commercial facilities.
* Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and project teams for technical discussions and equipment selection.
* Conduct site visits and provide support during installation, execution, testing, and commissioning.
* Identify technical issues and provide practical and cost-effective solutions.
* Ensure designs and systems comply with applicable technical standards, codes, and project requirements.
* Maintain proper documentation, drawings, revisions, and project records.
Requirements
* B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in *Mechanical Engineering* or a relevant engineering discipline.
* *2–6 years of experience* in Facilities, Utilities, MEP, HVAC, Industrial Projects, EPC, or Engineering Consultancy.
* Practical understanding of facility and utility systems.
* Knowledge of *HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, water supply, drainage, piping, and industrial utilities*.
* *AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.*
* Knowledge of *Revit MEP is preferred.*
* Ability to prepare and understand engineering layouts and technical drawings.
* Knowledge of BOQs, technical specifications, and vendor coordination.
* Understanding of applicable engineering standards and compliance requirements.
* Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
