Job Summary
The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) will be responsible for providing continuous medical support to the IVF center, ensuring smooth day-to-day clinical operations, patient care, coordination with consultants, and compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage patients admitted for IVF procedures, fertility treatments, and related interventions
- Assist consultants during OPD, procedures, and emergencies
- Handle medical emergencies and provide immediate care when required
- Conduct daily patient rounds and maintain accurate medical records
- Coordinate with nursing staff, embryologists, and support teams for patient care
- Ensure proper pre-procedure and post-procedure patient management
- Monitor vitals, medications, and treatment plans as prescribed
Patient Care & Counseling
- Counsel patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
- Address patient concerns and ensure a positive patient experience
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical medical practices
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain and update patient case sheets, consent forms, and medical records
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and NABH guidelines (if applicable)
- Follow statutory and legal requirements including PCPNDT Act compliance
- Assist in audits, inspections, and internal quality processes
Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate with consultants for treatment scheduling and follow-ups
- Support OT scheduling and procedural planning
- Participate in clinical meetings and training programs
- Ensure smooth handover during shift changes
Qualification & Experience
- BAMS/BHMS
- Valid Medical Council Registration (State / NMC)
- Experience in IVF / Gynecology / Obstetrics / Hospital setting preferred
- Fresher with interest in reproductive medicine may also apply

- Sound clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
- Good communication and patient-handling abilities
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergencies
- Team-oriented approach with attention to detail
- Basic computer skills for EMR/HIS documentation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
