We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive property sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for achieving sales targets in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Identify prospective buyers and investors for residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct client meetings, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable projects.
- Arrange and conduct site visits for potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and CRM teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and update CRM software.
- Negotiate pricing and close property deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
