Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Live Project Manager to oversee ongoing projects, operational initiatives, and cross-functional coordination within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills and prior experience managing healthcare-related operations, teams, or projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Operations Management
- Manage and monitor live projects across departments.
- Ensure timely execution of project deliverables and operational objectives.
- Track project progress, timelines, and performance indicators.
- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with clinical, operations, HR, marketing, technology, and management teams.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and project review meetings.
- Ensure smooth communication and accountability across teams.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare project status reports and management updates.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and operational records.
- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement.
Process Improvement
- Analyze workflows and implement process improvements.
- Support organizational growth initiatives and operational efficiency projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and organizational standards.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners when required.
- Ensure effective execution of organizational projects and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
- Prior experience in project management, operations management, hospital administration, healthcare services, therapy centers, rehabilitation centers, or healthcare startups.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, therapy services, rehabilitation services, or clinical workflows.
- Experience in process improvement and performance management.
