Designation : Sewing Machine Mechanic
Experience: 7-10 years in Textiles
Salary: 35000/- to 45000/-
1. Machine Handling capacity - Special folder setting with minimum setting time Special machine handling ( Flat lock, zigzag, picotting, button hole ,button attach) Line machine arrangement for new style and requirement of line layout To maintain machine related down time @ below 5% Preventive maintenance follow as per the schedule (oil level checking , major break down machine service day by day) Folder and attachments accountability maintaining record Needle policy record maintaining Cutting machine preventive maintenance and break down maintenance
Note : Garments industry experience must
