Hyve Sports Pvt Ltd is looking for the Logistics & Dispatch Executive who is responsible for coordinating and managing the dispatch of goods, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining inventory records, and liaising with transporters, warehouses, and customers. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple shipments while ensuring compliance with company policies and delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute daily dispatch operations.
- Prepare dispatch schedules and ensure timely shipment of goods.
- Generate and maintain dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and transport records.
- Verify orders, quantities, and packaging before dispatch.
Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and warehouse teams for smooth movement of goods.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers.
- Resolve transportation and delivery-related issues promptly.
- Optimize delivery routes and transportation costs where possible.
Inventory & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement, dispatch details, and delivery status.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse teams.
- Ensure all logistics and dispatch documentation is properly maintained and filed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
- Customer & Vendor Coordination
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors and transport agencies to ensure service quality.
- Address customer concerns related to dispatch and delivery.
Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Support audits and maintain records as required.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of logistics and dispatch processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, and inventory management systems.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Freshers preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
