About the Role
Amend Dental Centre is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Kannur unit. The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare management experience and a proven track record in clinical operations, team leadership, and business performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental centre.
- Ensure smooth clinical and administrative workflows.
- Manage branch performance, patient experience, and service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Monitor operational efficiency, productivity, and revenue targets.
- Implement and maintain healthcare quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and support teams.
- Manage budgeting, inventory, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve patient satisfaction and business growth.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 14+ years of experience in healthcare or hospital operations.
- Proven experience in unit management and clinical operations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in multi-specialty clinics, hospitals, dental chains, or healthcare centres will be preferred.
