Lead Generation & Sales (70% of the role)
- Identify and approach target clients: FMCG brands, pharma companies, food producers, exporters, e-commerce sellers, and any business that buys packaging (boxes, labels, flexible packaging, cartons) at volume.
- Conduct field visits, cold calls, and follow-ups to build a pipeline of at least 30–50 active prospects at any time.
- Prepare and present quotations; negotiate within approved margin bands.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to source leads.
- Manage the full cycle: inquiry → sample → quotation → order → repeat order.
Account Management (20%)
- Maintain relationships with existing clients; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (new SKUs, higher volumes, additional product lines).
- Coordinate between client and production team on specs, timelines, and delivery to protect repeat business.
- Recover payments on schedule; flag credit risks early.
KPIs (reviewed monthly)
- New qualified leads generated per month
- Conversion rate (quotation → order)
- Monthly revenue from new accounts
- Repeat-order rate from assigned accounts
- Payment collection within agreed terms
Requirements
- 1–4 years of B2B sales/marketing experience — printing, packaging, paper, labels, or industrial supplies strongly preferred.
- Comfortable with field sales, cold outreach, and client negotiation.
- Working knowledge of packaging basics (materials, printing types, MOQs) or ability to learn fast — technical fluency closes deals in this industry.
- Own conveyance preferred (travel allowance provided).
- Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Excel, and basic quotation preparation.
- Languages: [English + local language — adjust as needed].
