Location: Trivandrum
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced School Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the school campus. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities, equipment, and utilities are well-maintained and safe for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily maintenance activities and maintenance staff.
Coordinate electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry, and general repair works.
Conduct routine inspections of school buildings and facilities.
Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with external contractors and service providers.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain maintenance records.
Qualifications:
ITI (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil or relevant trade) or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in facility or building maintenance (preferred)
Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
