Position : Customer Support Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, supporting product integration, solving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of queries.
2. Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, Video calls and on-site visits when required
3. Coordinate with R&D and production teams to resolve product issues and ensure timely feedback to customers.
4. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, service reports, and manuals.
5. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Education - Diploma/Bechelor (Mechanical/Chemical/Environmental)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
