Business Development Associate (Retail Sales) – Sri Rohini Silks
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives upto 10K
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers in selecting sarees and ethnic wear.
* Drive sales through excellent customer service.
* Upsell and cross-sell products.
* Handle customer queries and maintain strong relationships.
* Support inventory management, billing, and store operations.
* Maintain product displays and promote new collections.
Requirements:
* Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply.
* Freshers welcome; retail sales experience is a plus.
* Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
* Basic computer knowledge preferred.
* Languages: Kannada & Hindi (Mandatory), English (Preferred).
Shift Timings (Rotational):
* 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
* 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
* 30-minute break
* Weekends and festive season availability required.
* All 7 days working.
