Maa Industrial Marketing is a leading supplier and assembler of industrial electric motors, gearboxes, and power transmission solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Assembly Fitter to join our growing team and contribute to delivering high-quality products to our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble electric motors, gearboxes, and other mechanical power transmission products.
- Fit bearings, shafts, couplings, seals, and related mechanical components.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments accurately.
- Perform alignment, inspection, and testing of assembled products.
- Identify and rectify assembly issues to ensure product quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assembly area.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to achieve timely deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- ITI (Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in mechanical assembly or industrial fitting.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Good understanding of mechanical components and assembly practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Experience
- Assembly of electric motors, gearboxes, pumps, or industrial machinery.
- Experience using Vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Basic troubleshooting and inspection skills.
