Job Summary :
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Graphic Design / UI-UX / Web Development Instructor to teach and mentor students in creative design and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate has both industry experience and a strong desire to guide students in developing practical, job-ready skills.
This role involves delivering engaging lessons, supervising hands-on projects, and preparing students for careers in digital design and web development.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Instruction :
- Deliver structured lessons in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, and Web Development
- Teach design principles, typography, color theory, and branding fundamentals
- Guide students in wireframing, prototyping, and user experience design
- Teach front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Introduce CMS platforms such as WordPress
- Conduct practical workshops and project-based learning
Curriculum & Student Development :
- Develop lesson plans and course materials
- Assess student performance through assignments and projects
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship
- Support students in building professional portfolios
- Stay updated with current industry trends and tools
Required Qualifications :
- 1+ years of industry or teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Figma or similar tools
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Responsive design principles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners
Preferred Qualifications :
- Prior teaching or training experience
- Experience with UI/UX research and usability testing
- Knowledge of React or other modern frameworks
- Experience with portfolio development guidance
- Industry certifications are a plus
