Bestinn Leisure is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer / Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for our hospitality and leisure services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales, referrals, networking, and lead generation.
- Promote and sell Bestinn Leisure's hospitality, travel, and leisure products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and individual customers.
- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, travel, tourism, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
