We Are Hiring – Assistant Manager - Plastic Processing
Location: Mundra, Gujarat
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our recycling plant as Assistant Manager - Plastic Processing.
Job Description:
Experience: 5+ years in Plastic Processing / Recycling Industry
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Plastic Technology, Mechanical, or related field preferred
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations of plastic recycling & processing plant
2. Monitor production, quality control, and output efficiency
3. Handle machinery like extruders, grinders, wash lines, and agglomerators
4. Lead and manage the production team & shift planning
5. Implement process improvements to reduce waste and improve yield
6. Ensure safety, compliance, and maintenance of plant equipment
7. Prepare daily production reports and MIS
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of plastic recycling processes - HDPE, LDPE, PP, PET
- Hands-on experience in managing plant operations and manpower
- Good problem-solving and team management skills
- Knowledge of quality standards and WIP control
Salary & Benefits:
- CTC: Up to ₹6,00,000 per annum based on experience
- Joining: Immediate / 15-30 Days
