- Define and execute overall recruitment strategy
- Plan hiring based on business and client demand
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to joining)
- Design and optimize recruitment processes and workflows
- Track and improve funnel conversion metrics
- Set targets and KPIs for recruitment team
- Hire, train, and manage recruiters
- Monitor team performance and productivity
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership
- Manage client/stakeholder expectations (especially GCC clients)
- Handle vendor and staffing partner relationships
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and performance terms
- Ensure quality of candidates and hiring outcomes
- Reduce offer dropouts and improve join ratios
- Own recruitment data, reporting, and analytics
- Track metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join
- Implement and manage ATS and recruitment tools
- Drive automation and efficiency using technology/AI
- Build talent pipelines for critical and niche roles

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
