Job Description: Senior Interior Site Supervisor / Project Manager Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor / Project Manager to oversee, coordinate, and execute large-scale, high-end interior fit-out projects. You will serve as the crucial bridge between design concepts and physical reality, ensuring that massive residential, commercial, or corporate spaces are delivered on time, within budget, and to flawless quality standards.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of handling large-scale footprints, managing large multi-disciplinary labor forces, and resolving complex, fast-moving structural and finish challenges on-site.

- Supervise all on-site interior activities daily, ensuring layout and design execution perfectly match the approved Good For Construction (GFC) drawings.
- Enforce a strict quality control regimen across all interior finishes, including carpentry, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) integration, civil modifications, false ceilings, lighting, flooring, and custom millwork.
- Proactively identify structural discrepancies or design conflicts early and troubleshoot solutions on the ground without delaying progress.
2. Project Management & Scheduling
- Develop, maintain, and track master project timelines (Gantt charts/CPM) to ensure critical milestones are hit.
- Coordinate the seamless sequence of distinct trades to avoid spatial conflicts or labor downtime on large-scale sites.
- Manage material procurement schedules, ensuring long-lead interior elements are ordered, delivered, and safely stored on-site exactly when needed.
3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary on-site liaison between the design team, architects, corporate clients, and subcontractors.
- Vet, onboard, and manage specialized vendors and sub-contractors, holding them strictly accountable to their scope of work and contractual timelines.
- Conduct regular progress review meetings and provide transparent, data-driven milestone updates to senior management.
4. Cost Control & Safety
- Monitor on-site material consumption to minimize waste, and strictly track the project budget against actual expenditures.
- Review, verify, and certify vendor measurement sheets and running bills for accuracy before passing them to the accounts team.
- Enforce rigorous on-site health, safety, and cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance with local construction regulations.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5–8+ years of hands-on experience specifically supervising and managing large-scale interior execution projects (e.g., commercial offices, luxury hotels, premium retail spaces, or massive high-end residential complexes).
