Customer Support Executive – EV Tech Support
Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive – EV Tech Support to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide technical assistance, and resolve customer queries related to Electric Vehicle (EV) products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to EV products and services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to EV systems, charging, batteries, and connectivity.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain customer interaction records and update CRM systems.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the concerned teams.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and support.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year in Voice Process, Customer Support, Technical Support, or Call Center Operations.
- Education: Graduate / Diploma (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Electric Vehicles (EV), Automotive Systems, or Technical Support is an added advantage.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
