We are urgently looking for a Relationship Manager (RM) – Home Loan & LAP is responsible for sourcing, managing, and growing retail mortgage business .
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Acquisition
- Source Home Loan and LAP business through:
- Direct customers
- DSAs (Direct Selling Agents)
- Builders & real estate channel partners
- Existing customer referrals
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets (disbursement & login targets)
- Identify potential customers for balance transfer and top-up loans
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the loan lifecycle
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and retention
3. Credit & Documentation Coordination
- Collect and verify basic customer documents (KYC, income, property papers)
- Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for file processing
- Ensure smooth login, sanction, and disbursement of files
- Follow up on queries raised during credit appraisal
4. Channel Development
- Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors, and real estate agents
- Generate leads through builder projects and local market networking
- Conduct field visits to expand business opportunities
5. Portfolio Quality & Compliance
- Ensure sourcing of quality cases with minimal delinquency risk
- Adhere to internal credit policies and RBI guidelines
- Maintain proper documentation and audit compliance standards
6. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends in mortgage lending
- Provide feedback to product and credit teams for process improvement
Key Skills Required
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of Home Loan & LAP products
- Understanding of credit basics and property documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Local market knowledge (real estate ecosystem preferred)
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 1–5 years experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage sales (freshers may be considered in some NBFCs)
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
