We are looking for a dedicated and technically sound Site Engineer cum Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical drawings and on-site execution, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution: Setting out the site and ensuring all construction activities align with structural and architectural drawings.
Supervision: Directly managing on-site labor, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure daily targets are met.
Quality Control: Conducting regular inspections of materials (cement, steel, sand) and workmanship (formwork, reinforcement, masonry).
Measurement & Billing: Taking accurate site measurements for contractor billing and maintaining the Daily Progress Report (DPR).
Material Management: Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the procurement team to prevent delays.
Safety: Ensuring all site personnel follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: [e.g., 1–3 years] of experience in residential or commercial construction.
Technical: Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and MEP drawings. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership skills to manage labor and excellent communication for reporting to management.
Logistics: Must have a valid two-wheeler license and own a vehicle for site visits.
