We are looking for an experienced Draftsman who has hands-on exposure to both residential and office interior fit-out projects. The role requires strong practical understanding of execution drawings and on-site coordination.

Prepare detailed working drawings (plans, elevations, sections, joinery details)

Develop GFC (Good for Construction) drawings for execution

Create shop drawings for carpentry, ceilings, partitions, etc.

Coordinate closely with design, site, and MEP teams

Incorporate site changes and revisions into drawings promptly

Ensure alignment with BOQ, specifications, and site feasibility

Maintain proper drawing documentation and version control

Minimum 5 years of experience in interior drafting

Must have worked on both residential and corporate/office fit-outs

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

Working knowledge of SketchUp or similar tools

Good understanding of materials, detailing, and execution practices

Ability to read and coordinate architectural & MEP drawings
