Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executives for our Kochi and Calicut stores. The ideal candidate must have prior jewellery sales experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their jewellery needs and guide them through product selections.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, designs, and trends.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while building long-term client relationships.
- Handle billing, order management, and follow-ups with professionalism.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and ensure the showroom maintains premium standards.
- Stay updated with the latest jewellery industry trends and competitive offerings.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: 2–4 years of experience in jewellery retail sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to deliver a premium customer experience.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam; Hindi/Gujarati is an added advantage.
- A positive attitude, polished grooming, and passion for luxury retail.
