Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Services & Satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback, ensuring escalations and complaints are resolved quickly and professionally.
- Oversee the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring brand standards and VIP services are executed flawlessly.
- Ensure all front desk team members maintain a welcoming, professional demeanour and adhere to uniform/grooming standards.
2. Staff Management & Leadership
- Hire, train, and cross-train front office personnel, including receptionists, night auditors, guest relations, and bell staff.
- Create staff schedules, monitor daily workloads, and authorize payroll to ensure optimal coverage and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular shift meetings and performance evaluations, recognizing top performers and addressing training needs.
3. Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate room status and inventory records using the hotel’s property management system.
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping, sales, and food & beverage teams to ensure smooth arrivals and meet group requirements.
- Oversee administrative tasks including room assignments, group bookings, master key control, and VIP accommodations.
4. Financial & Budgetary Control
- Manage department expenses and maintain budgetary controls to maximize department revenues.
- Review credit limit reports, manage cash handling procedures, and ensure all billing is accurate.
- Prepare periodic reports for the General Manager and other executive stakeholders regarding front office performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent operational experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a hotel front office or similar guest service environment.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelli Proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, and MS Ogence, problem-solving, and communication skills to handle high-pressure situations
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
