Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and solution architecture initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, workflow automation, integrations, and enterprise service management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow architecture and enterprise solutions.
- Lead ServiceNow platform customization, configuration, and development activities.
- Work on modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITBM, and Enterprise Workflows.
- Develop and manage Service Portals and Service Catalogs.
- Build custom applications and automate workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams for successful project delivery.
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Architecture & Solution Design.
- Hands-on experience in ITSM, HRSD, ITBM, and Enterprise Workflows.
- Experience with Service Portal and Service Catalog development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting and customization.
- Experience in workflow automation and integrations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
Preferred Skills
- CSA / CIS Certifications.
- Experience with Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platforms.
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise implementations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience handling global stakeholders and UK shift coordination.
